Participants presenting a paper in the symposium do not need to pay additional participation fee for exhibition.

ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM

You can pay your participation fee by transferring money to the IBAN given in online application system or via Ziraat Bank Virtual POS using your credit or debit card without any commission.

Lunch on the 3rd and 4th June are included for all types of fees.

Multi-Authored Papers and Summitting More Than One Paper

A collaborative multi-authored paper should have 3 authors at most and each author should register individually paying the relevant participation fee. Submission of more than one paper is not accepted.

Publications

These fees cover the publication of papers in the conference proceedings (ebook with ISBN) and the book of abstracts (e-book with ISBN).

Our symposium is eco-friendly and discourage any unnecessary use of paper. We thus go paperless as much as possible and leverage technology to eliminate our need for using paper. To reduce our carbon footprint, the book of abstracts and the conference proceedings will only be available online that can be accessed via our website.

Accomodation (For the relevant types of fee mentioned above)

The registration fees including accommodation covers bed & breakfast stay for 3 nights (2nd on June – 5th of June). We will arrange your rooms as per your preferences you specified via online registration system. We cannot offer help to find rooms to our participants who do not pay the registration fees including accommodation.  

Transportation

ISOM will provide scheduled shuttle services for transfers from Kars Harakani Airport, Kars Train Station and Ardahan Bus Station to the conference venue and official contracted hotels on the 2nd of June. Please note these shuttle services are limited and will be scheduled based on the level of demand received. Your flight and accommodation information, captured during registration, will help us plan for these services. Please also note that no shuttle service will be provided except the 2nd of June.

On the 5th, 6th and 7th June, ISOM will provide scheduled return shuttle services for transfers from Ardahan hotels to Kars Harakani Airport and Kars Train Station. 

Student Participants

ISOM will provide free accommodation in University Dorms and breakfast in Yenisey Guesthouse to zero income/no job undergraduate, graduate taught and graduate research students.
