October 21, at 06:30 At sunrise, we arrive Rize Ayder Plateau where we enjoy fine views of the stunning nature and begin our trip.

At the summit where the Kaçkar Mountains meets with the sky, we take a walk in the Ayder plateau in the clouds. Literally!
08:30 (Ayder Plateau) We enjoy our breakfast consisting of regional Black Sea delicacies after our nature walking.

The building, located in the pine forests on the Soğuksu ridge over Trabzon, was built by Kostantin Kabayanidis in 1890 as a summer residence. Large and ostentatious European symbols are used in the building, which carries the influences of European and Western Renaissance architecture. The exterior of the mansion shows stonework, and the interior is built with the Baghdadi technique. The floors were paved with tiles of the period. Trabzon Hagia Sophia Church, which is used as a museum today, was built during the reign of Manuel I Komnenos (1238-1263), the king of the Trabzon Empire. It is located to the west of the Bell Tower Church, which was dated to 1427 by the English traveller and researcher G. Finlay.
